GAVIS Launches My Way
GAVIS Pharmaceuticals, LLC announced today that it has launched My Way, Levonorgestrol 1.5 mg, the generic version of Teva Pharmaceutical's Plan B One Step® emergency contraceptive developed by Novel Laboratories, Inc. My Way is available without a prescription to women age 17 years and older.

About My Way
My Way is available over the counter (OTC) at the pharmacy counter to women over the age of 17. My Way should be taken within three days (72 hours) of unprotected sex. The sooner it is taken, the better chance it is effective. My Way is not effective for women that are already pregnant. My Way does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV. My Wayshould not be used as a routine birth control, as it is not as effective. If you have severe abdominal pain, you may have an ectopic pregnancy and should get immediate medical help.
